Dinner. I was in a rush so I just made tacos. Organic ground beef, taco seasoning, raw yellow onion, tiny sprinkle of cilantro, cubed avocado on white corn tortillas. I ate these two and ended up eating a third. Nom.
Dinner. Organic ground beef burger, with smeared avocado instead of mayo, and spicy mustard. On olive oil bread. Sugar snap peas from my Bountiful Baskets produce co-op, drizzled with a tiny bit of olive oil vinaigrette. And a Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA.
