Day 50: Scavenger Race! 

My friend and I participated in a scavenger race on Sunday. It was a lot of fun. I forgot to start my Nike Plus at the beginning to see how far we actually travelled, but it was probably at least 5 miles. We were given a list of 12 locations to visit, all within 3 miles of the start point. Some far north, some far south, some east, some west, some in the middle. We had to do random things at each location, like plank on a fountain, as seen in this photo. We ran or power-walked the whole thing and it took us almost exactly three hours. We finished in about 12th place, but we won best costume! We made our own Lisa and Marge Simpson costumes. It was a lot of fun, and a great way to celebrate 50 days straight of exercising in 2012!!
