I haven’t been to Bodypump in a few weeks. I tried to go last Saturday but the class filled up before I got there. Today I made sure to get there early and grab a spot. I guess they change the playlist every so often, I like the old playlist better.
I’m getting better at squats. Lunges suck real bad. I wonder if I’ll be sore tomorrow?
Also, tomorrow is day 50 of move365, which is awesome. I’ve got something fun planned with a friend. I can’t believe that after tomorrow, I’ve worked out 50 days in a row. Yay move365!
