Today we worked on really opening the heart. It is the day before Valentine’s Day, right? Lots of backbending, heart opening, bridges, and eventually working up to Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana (Two-Legged Inverted Staff Pose). We did a supported version, hands supporting hips. I was able to do a really nice one, it was lots of fun! I feel like I have great posture now, haha!
