Lunch. A whole bunch of broccoli. I cut it in to florets, gave it a drizzle of coconut oil, a sprinkle of sea salt, a tiny bit of garlic salt and tossed on some raw sesame seeds. The sesame seeds toasted while the broccoli roasted. It was great. And fresh roti chapati with home made babaganoush. And a coconut La Croix.
