Monthly Challenges.
I thought up 6 monthly challenges in addition to my move365 workouts. I did a random number generator for each one, the number will correspond to the months January (1) through June (6). Perfect Run for Day 1

Some background
Late 20’s, two kids, married. Grew up riding horses, never had to worry about fitness, it was a natural byproduct of riding. Stopped riding after college, when I had to support myself financially. The Rules Part Two, Diet.
I’m not giving myself any hard and fast rules about my diet. I am not going to count calories, nor will I follow a diet program. I do believe I already eat *fairly* well. I also really enjoy food and do not intend to become a vegan or completely cut out sugar or carbs. I also believe that this challenge, for me, is to create lasting habits toward my overall health. I’m outlining some basic guidelines for my Move365 challenge.  To count as a Move365 workout, it just has to be a physical activity, at least 30 minutes in duration, that gets my heart pounding and makes me sweat.
