274 - Saturday: I began my yoga teacher certification this weekend. On Saturday we did 2+ hours of yoga.
275 - Sunday: More yoga teacher certification training, again over an hour of yoga today.

261- Sunday: Yoga conference, 4+ hours of yoga, including an inversion workshop and a vinyasa flow class.

266 - Friday: 90 minute advanced yoga.
267 - Saturday: 33 minutes elliptical.
268 - Sunday: 33 minutes AMT.
255 - Tuesday: 33 minutes AMT at the gym
256- Wednesday: 1 mile on the treadmill, one mile on the elliptical, one mile on the AMT.

Day 253, Sunday, 5k run with my sister.
Day 254, Monday, yoga flow class.
On Wednesday, day 249, I went to a great vinyasa flow class. I really liked the instructor.
On Thursday, day 250 (!!), I went to my boxing bootcamp. It was freaking hot outside.
Today, day 251, my sister is in town and we went to the 90 minute advanced yoga class. We did all sorts of fun stuff! Handstands, backbends, arm balances, etc.
Lots of squats/lunges with various bicep curls, shoulder presses, etc. some running, lots of boxing/kicking/kneeing/elbowing of punching bags, and ab work. All at 6am, whee!

Playing catch-up again. This time because I was in California over the weekend, then because I’ve been using all my spare time to listen to the Hunger Games trilogy books on tape.
8/17, day 230: 30 minutes airport yoga in the AA Admirals Club, hours of walking the hills at the San Diego zoo.

8/19, day 232: 2 hours standup paddle boarding

Day 228. Yesterday (Wednesday) I went to the “renew” class at a local yoga studio. It was a 45 minute flow class with 15 minutes of restorative stretches at the end. The class could have been ok, but I really didn’t care for the instructor. The whole class was like a limp handshake.
Day 229. Today I went to my 6am boxing bootcamp. I did burpees for the first time ever. I was surprised to find out how much yoga has prepared me to do burpees. If you jump back from your forward fold to plank, and vice versa, you regularly do 3/4 of a burpee many times in a flow class.
Tomorrow two of my BFFs from college and I are going to fly out to California for a long weekend. I forsee airport yoga in my future.
